The Hopelink Redmond Integrated Service Center is a LEED-Gold Certified facility designed to serve and empower underserved communities through a comprehensive approach to social services and environmental sustainability. The 27,330 square foot two-story wood-framed building features an open structure with warm, inviting Northwestern interior aesthetics that create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff alike.

This thoughtfully designed center addresses the diverse needs of low-income individuals and families in Redmond through interconnected services including a grocery store-style food bank, emergency financial assistance, heating/energy assistance, case management, educational opportunities (GED classes and English for Work programs), employment services, and financial coaching. The second floor houses Hopelink's regional administrative offices, providing space for leadership, human resources, finance, and development teams, complemented by flexible meeting spaces, classrooms, and a board meeting area.

The landscape design creates a vibrant community asset that extends the center's mission beyond its walls. An integrated site and plaza connects to the Sammamish River public trail system, welcoming the broader community into the space. The innovative urban food forest—featuring an orchard, vegetable garden, and pick-your-own fruit bushes and vines—directly supplies the food bank with fresh, locally harvested produce while reinforcing the community's connection to the land. The 74-stall parking area incorporates bio-swales and trees to mitigate the heat island effect and manage stormwater runoff, demonstrating environmental responsibility throughout the site design.

THE REDMOND INTEGRATED SERVICE CENTER IS A WELCOMING COMMUNITY HUB THAT EMPOWERS UNDER-SERVED INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES THROUGH ESSENTIAL SERVICES, EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, AND A VIBRANT PUBLIC PLAZA FILLED WITH GARDENS, FOSTERING CONNECTION AND HOPE FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE.
