The OlyCAP 7th Haven Apartments and YMCA Early Learning Center is comprised of 43 units of affordable housing and a two classroom affordable childcare center along with naturally vented structured parking and a rooftop play area that is shared between residents and the childcare center.  

THE OLYCAP 7TH HAVEN APARTMENTS AND YMCA EARLY LEARNING CENTER STAND AS A BEACON OF INNOVATION AND COMMUNITY, BLENDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING WITH SUSTAINABLE DESIGN TO CREATE A NURTURING ENVIRONMENT FOR FAMILIES.

• This project received UHEE funding to be designed as a Net Zero Energy building. 

• It is equipped with highly efficient building envelope, efficient HVAC systems and a rooftop covered in solar panels.

• It is currently operating even more efficiently than it’s Net Zero Energy target.
